Refund Policy

At Expert Solution Company, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies for payment collection, cancellations, and refunds. Please review the following terms carefully before making a payment.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour from the time of payment.
  • Requests submitted after the 1-hour window will not be eligible for cancellation.
  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to connectus@thexpertsolution.in.
  • Once approved, a confirmation of cancellation will be sent via email.
2. Refund Policy
  • If a cancellation request is approved within 1 hour of payment:
    • A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
    • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • No refunds will be issued for:
    • Cancellation requests made after 1 hour from the payment time.
    • Services already rendered, partially delivered, or in-progress.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team at connectus@thexpertsolution.in within 48 hours. We will review and resolve your request as quickly as possible.
